Yes! TRAI does have some advantages. And it has changed many ppl’s lives. Here are some things that TRAI changed in my life.
Forward messages
There are some ppl who cant control themselves from sending atleast 15-20 forwards per day just because they have free messages. I also do send forwards but they have some sense in it. Just think about the other side. The ppl who read the messages actually(yes! I seriously doubt whether they even read those messages before they send it). Just because you are jobless, you cant make me suffer for that! I wonder who actually creates those messages. Vairamuthu thothuduvan! And also the ‘good mornings’, ‘good afternoons’,‘good evenings’ and ‘good nights’.Every day! Every part of the day! If it is from someone with whom you are close enough then fine, but not from some one who sends forwards just because they have message balance. Now because of these TRAI rules, every time your phone beeps, you need not be afraid whether its a mokka forward or a wish from some X.
Friendship
Now that everyone can send only 100 messages per day, ppl send messages only if it is very important and it is very rare that ppl send forwards or wishes. Even in these difficulties if someone sends u any ‘good morning/night/…’ messages, it means you are really important to them. Its not like they are the only friends that you have, just that they are some ppl who really care for you. Never betray them. This may seem a bit kiddish, but just think of this situation. You have only 10 messages left and you have to choose 10 ppl among your friends to send a ‘good night’ message. The 10 names that come to your mind will be the ones that are really close to you. Thanks to TRAI to make me know how important i am to my friends.
Committed friends
When you are single, no one can irritate you more than committed friends of yours. They will be texting 24*7 that after some time you will feel different if you see them without a mobile. I cant imagine how long will they be exchanging love to each other. ethukku da intha manam ketta polappu? Many ppl may ask “unakku yen vayaru eriyuthu?”. You may call this feeling as anything but can i cant bear someone who is texting his girlfriend for each and every activity he is doing all the time. Me being single also maybe the reason for this feeling, but still there must be some limits and that is where TRAI plays the role. Now since only 100 messages per day, they rarely text and most of the time call each other. And when they call they go to some no-man’s land where one can’t even find the sight of a human being anywhere in a surrounding of 100 mts.
